The Coyotes will begin a six-day, four-game road trip on Monday night when they skate against the Pittsburgh Penguins at PPG Paints Arena. The puck drops at 5 p.m. Arizona time.
Arizona (9-13-5) last played on Saturday and beat Nashville, 4-1, at Gila River Arena. Mike Smith made 44 saves and 11 players, including five rookies, notched at least one point in the win.

"That's what we're hoping for," Head Coach Dave Tippett said. "We need to get these young players up and going, as well as have our veterans kind of lead the charge for us."
Smith will start in goal against the defending Stanley Cup champs. He owns a 5-7-0 record, a 2.21 goals-against average and a .918 save percentage vs. Pittsburgh in his career.
Defenseman Alex Goligoski, who scored his first goal of the season on Saturday, knows the Penguins core players well. He notched 23 goals and 67 assists in 177 games with Pittsburgh from 2007-11.
Captain Shane Doan will enter the game with 399 career goals. When he scores his 400th, he will become the eighth active player in the League to reach 400 goals and the 93rd NHLer overall.
Defenseman Luke Schenn ranks second on the team and fifth among NHL defensemen with 79 hits this season. Schenn has led the League in hits on three occasions, and is averaging 221.6 hits per/year since he entered the NHL in 2008.
The Coyotes claimed center Josh Jooris off waivers from the New York Rangers on Sunday. He will make his debut with Arizona on Monday at center on the fourth line.
"I'm super excited to be here and I just want to help out any way that I can," Jooris said. "It starts tonight. I'm ready to go."

Meanwhile, center Peter Holland, whom Arizona acquired via a trade with Toronto on Friday, is trying to join the team but first must resolve work visa issues. He will not play Monday.
Arizona will play minus forward Max Domi, who is on the injured-reserve list because of an upper-body injury, and defenseman Connor Murphy, who suffered an upper-body injury in Saturday's game. Murphy did not accompany the team to Pittsburgh on Sunday.

Pittsburgh (18-7-3) has won a season-high five-straight games, including a come-from-behind, 4-3 victory at Tampa Bay on Saturday.
Captain Sidney Crosby is leading the team and the NHL with 20 goals, and the Penguins are 12-1-2 this season in games in which Crosby scores. He will enter the game with a seven-game point streak (six goals, six assists) and 31 points.
Forwards Evgeni Malkin and Phil Kessel are right behind Crosby with 30 points each. Malkin owns an 11-game home point streak (five goals, 13 assists).
Matt Murray, whose 10 wins lead all NHL rookie goalies, will bring a nine-game home unbeaten stretch (8-0-1) into tonight's contest.
The Penguins rank third in the League with 95 goals, and they lead the NHL in shots per/game with 34.6. Six of their 18 victories have come in games in which they trailed after two periods.
"We shouldn't make a habit of (falling behind), but we believe we can score when we're playing the right way," Crosby told reporters after Saturday's game.
