COYOTES ASSIGN JOHNSON, LONG AND MUCHA TO JUNIOR CLUBS

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have reduced their training camp roster by three players. There are now 53 players remaining in camp.

The following players have been assigned to their respective junior clubs:

Tyler Johnson (C) – Spokane (WHL)
Kurtis Mucha (G) – Portland (WHL)
Colin Long (C) – Kelowna (WHL)

The Coyotes will play the Los Angeles Kings at 7:30 p.m. tonight at the STAPLES Center in their first preseason game of the year. The Coyotes’ first home preseason game will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27 at Jobing.com Arena when they host the Anaheim Ducks. For ticket information, please call 480-563-PUCK (7825)
