Coyotes Assign Four Players to AHL

GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Don Maloney announced today that the Coyotes have assigned goaltender Louis Domingue, forwards Henrik Samuelsson and Jordan Szwarz and defenseman Klas Dahlbeck to the Portland Pirates, the club's American Hockey League affiliate (AHL).

The 23-year-old Domingue registered a 1-2-1 record with a 2.73 goals against average (GAA) and a .911 save percentage (SV%) in seven games with the Coyotes this season. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound native of St-Hyacinthe, QC also posted a 10-6-2 record with a 2.57 GAA and a .912 SV% in 18 games with the Pirates. Domingue was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fifth round (138th overall) in the 2010 Entry Draft.

The 21-year-old Samuelsson appeared in three games with the Coyotes in 2014-15. The 6-foot-3, 210-pound native of Pittsburgh, PA also totaled 14-21-35 and 53 penalty minutes (PIM) in 65 games with Portland. Samuelsson was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the first round (27th overall) in the 2012 Entry Draft.

The 23-year-old Szwarz registered 1-0-1 and two PIM in nine games with the Coyotes. The 5-foot-11, 200-pound native of Burlington, ON has also collected 9-12-21 with 58 PIM in 42 games with the Pirates. Szwarz was originally drafted by the Coyotes in the fourth round (97th overall) in the 2009 Entry Draft.

The 23-year-old Dahlbeck totaled 1-3-4 and eight PIM in 23 games with the Coyotes and Chicago Blackhawks this season. The 6-foot-3, 207-pound native of Katrineholm, Sweden also recorded 4-6-10 and 35 PIM in 49 games with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL). Dahlbeck was originally drafted by the Blackhawks in the third round (79th overall) in the 2011 Entry Draft.
