GLENDALE, ARIZONA - Arizona Coyotes General Manager Bill Armstrong announced today several additions to the organization's high performance and player development departments.

High Performance:
Mitch Stewart - Head Strength & Conditioning Coach
Stewart joins the Coyotes from London, Ont., where he worked for Total Package Hockey and the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the past 11 years. He managed the Knights' in-season training as the team's Head Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Ryan Wysocki - Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach
Wysocki joins the Coyotes from the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League (AHL) where he served as their Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in 2020-21. He previously spent three seasons with the Carolina Hurricanes' AHL affiliate, the Charlotte Checkers where he served as the team's Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for three seasons including the team's 2019 AHL Calder Cup Championship season.
Mark Packwood - Rehabilitation Coordinator
Packwood, who is a registered international sport physical therapist, comes to Arizona following three years with the Windsor Spitfires (OHL) where he served as their Head Trainer/Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2018.
Brad Stone - Massage Therapist
Stone moved to Phoenix in 2013 and has trained with many top professionals in his field. He launched his own massage therapy practice in Phoenix where he worked with many collegiate and professional level athletes. Stone graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009.
Dr. Callam Cowan - Nutrition and High Performance Consultant
Dr. Cowan ND is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor and leading authority and practitioner of high performance medicine who is most recognized for his work with professional athletes both nationally and internationally. He joins the coyotes from Burlington, Ont., where he owns and operates Phenom High Performance Medicine.
Carl Bombardier - Head Performance Nutrition Coach
Carl joins the Coyotes as the team's Head Performance Nutrition Coach. He will be responsible for the day to day nutritional needs of all players within the organization. He most recently worked for NFL's Seattle Seahawks.
Player Development:
Kyle Bochek - Skills Coach
Bochek has worked as a skills development coach for over eight years including with his own development company, Chekers Hockey. He most recently worked with the Ottawa 67's (OHL), the Carleton Ravens (OUA) and Next Generation Hockey training junior, AHL, NHL, European Pro and elite level players in Ottawa.
Charlie McTavish - Goaltender Development Coach
McTavish joins the organization from the Ottawa 67's (OHL) where he worked alongside Coyotes Head Coach André Tourigny and Assistant Coach Mario Duhamel. He also worked with Hockey Canada for the previous three years as the U17 and U18 goalie coach. McTavish has been coaching for 18 years and previously ran a goalie school in Ottawa.
Vince Lodato - Director of Mental Wellbeing & Performance
Dr. Lodato, EdD, LCSW, CMPC has been a consultant in Major League Baseball for the past 23 years and is listed on the USOPC Sport Psychology and Mental Health registries. His current role with the Coyotes includes player profiles for the NHL entry draft, providing performance psychology services for players and staff, clinical services, and mental evaluations for player development.
Kyle McDonald - Draft Consultant, Mental Performance
McDonald is the owner and operator of Competitive Will Performance Consulting. He is currently the lead mental performance consultant (MPC) with Hockey Canada's National Para Team and serves in the same capacity within the program of excellence. McDonald resides in Regina, Saskatchewan where is he a sessional instructor (University of Regina) with research interests in mental performance programing.
