GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- Phoenix Coyotes President and Chief Operating Officer Douglas Moss and FSN Arizona Senior Vice President/General Manager Mike Connelly announced today that the Coyotes and FSN Arizona will be sharing some ‘howliday’ spirit with children in need – with assistance from a few festive and furry friends.

Howler – the Coyotes mascot – will be joined by The Pack dance team and FSN Arizona’s Brad Steinke, Kevin McCabe, Jody Jackson, Mark McClune and Jim Cummins on Thursday, Dec. 20 at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix-Glendale Branch at 5850 W. Northview Ave. in Glendale. Festivities begin at 5:00 p.m. with toys being distributed at 5:30 p.m. when a visitor from the North Pole sleighs into town.

All toys were collected by the Coyotes and FSN Arizona as part of the Holiday Toy Drive. Fans donated toys and made financial contributions at Arena prior to Coyotes games on Dec. 5 and Dec. 7 and throughout the month at FSN Arizona’s offices at the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix.

Special Coyotes/FSN Arizona blankets – available to all fans attending the Coyotes vs. Vancouver Canucks game on Saturday, Dec. 22 at 8:00 p.m. at Arena – will be given to children from the Boys and Girls Clubs by members of The Pack, who will also share these blankets with those receiving care at Phoenix Children’s Hospital on Friday, Dec. 21.

Fans wanting to help the team help our community’s youngest patients can stop by section 116 at any upcoming Coyotes game and be a part of the Kits for Kids donation drive. Purchase a Kids Club kit for $15 and your kit will be given to patients at Phoenix Children’s Hospital by members of the Coyotes.
