COYOTES ACTIVATE LECLERC FROM INJURED RESERVE LIST

GLENDALE, ARIZONA -- Phoenix Coyotes Executive Vice President and General Manager Michael Barnett announced today that the Coyotes have activated left wing Mike Leclerc from the injured reserve list, moving him on to the Coyotes' active roster.

"He's on the trip with us and working on his conditioning," said managing partner-head coach Wayne Gretzky.  "It's day to day.  Mike hasn't played in a game since mid-December."

This season, the 6-2, 212-pound forward has played in 30 games, collecting 9-8-17 and 27 penalty minutes (PIM).  The 29-year-old Leclerc began the season by scoring 8 goals and 15 points in the first 19 games of the season.  He missed the last 17 games with a knee injury, last playing in a game on Dec. 13 at Montreal.

The Coyotes return to the ice tonight to face the Dallas Stars at American Airlines Center.  The game will be played at 6:30 p.m. Arizona time and will be broadcast on Fox Sports Net and KDUS (1060-AM).
