COMRIE OUT FOUR WEEKS WITH FRACTURED FOOT

Phoenix Coyotes General Manager Michael Barnett announced today that Coyotes' center Mike Comrie has suffered a fractured foot and will be out of the lineup four weeks. Comrie will have surgery today performed by Dr. Gary Waslewski to repair the fracture. Comrie injured his foot in the last shift of the game versus the Anaheim Ducks on Friday, November 3 when was hit by a slapshot.

The 5-foot-10, 185 pound Comrie leads all Coyotes players in scoring with 4-7-11 in 13 games. Last season, he set a career high in assists (30) and tied a career high with 60 points in 80 games.
