by Staff Writer / Arizona Coyotes

COYOTES CAPTAIN SHANE DOAN'S WIFE &
DAUGHTER TO HAVE HAIR CUT DURING GAME TO DONATE
TO CANCER PATIENTS

Saturday, January 13th, during 2nd intermission of Coyotes game

The Phoenix Coyotes are excited to announce that as part of January Coyotes Causes month supporting Adult Health Issues, Coyotes Captain Shane Doan's wife Andrea and daughter Gracie will be cutting their hair to donate to the Pantene "Beautiful Lengths" project which will donate the hair to cancer patients. They will have their hair cut and will then donate lengths of their hair during the 2nd intermission on the Coyotes bench.

Doan's wife Andrea will have 10 inches of her hair cut off, while their eight-year-old daughter, Gracie, will have eight inches cut off. It will take two to three years for their hair to grow back to that length!

The Pantene "Beautiful Lengths" project uses donated hair to make wigs which are then provided to cancer patients free of charge. Meg Kondrich of the American Cancer Society will be there to accept this generous token.
