Vancouver, B.C. - Vancouver Canucks General Manager Jim Benning announced today that the club has reassigned forwards Tyler Motte and Nikolay Goldobin and defenceman Ashton Sautner to the AHL Utica Comets.

Motte, 23, has split the 2017.18 season between the Vancouver Canucks (2-0-2 in 15 games), the Columbus Blue Jackets (3-2-5 in 31 games) and the AHL Cleveland Monsters (9-2-11 in 17 games). The 5-10, 191-pound forward has recorded 14 points (9-5-14) in 79 career NHL games split between Vancouver, Columbus and Chicago. He has also collected 32 points (21-11-32) in 65 career AHL games split between Cleveland and Rockford.
Goldobin, 22, has skated in 38 games with the Canucks this season posting NHL career-highs in points (14), goals (8) and assists (6). He recorded his first multi-goal game this season with a 2-goal effort on Apr. 3 vs VGK. The forward has also amassed 30 points (9-21-30) in 28 AHL games played with the Comets this season. The Moscow, Russia native has appeared in 61 career NHL games (12-7-19) and 146 career AHL games (52-72-124).
Sautner, 23, has recorded two assists in five games with Canucks this season. He made his NHL debut on Mar. 25 at DAL and recorded his first NHL point on Mar. 31 vs CBJ. The 6-0, 194-pound defenceman also has 12 points (3-9-12) in 59 games with the Comets this season. In 156 career AHL games, all with Utica, Sautner has registered 28 points (7-21-28).
