Philanthropy is a ‘pop-up’ store, which means it opens in a funky Vancouver location for a very limited amount of time before closing its doors forever… next thing you know it’s popping-up in a new location later in the year. In June 2010 Philanthropy will be open on West 4th Ave in the old Duthie Books store and all net sale proceeds from Philanthropy will be split between two important local charities: The Canucks for Kids Fund and Arts Umbrella.
How you can help Philanthropy’s success:
1. Philanthropy is currently looking for quality unused items to be donated from wholesalers and retailers. If you have any retail contacts that might be interested please have them contact Michele Sinclair (604.761.8595 or email@example.com) or Deb Nichol (604.916.9023 or firstname.lastname@example.org). Retailers will receive a charity tax receipt for the donated unused quality goods. Get complete information for potential donors.
2. The other great way to support Philanthropy: Once the doors open on June 2, 2010 SHOP til you drop!
Philanthropy Opens for Business: June 2nd, 2010.
Location: 2239 W 4th Avenue, Vancouver (In the old Duthie Books location next to Capers)
