Goalie Alex Lyon is expected to make his second start of the season after fellow rookie Anthony Stolarz played his eighth straight game in a 4-1 loss at the Edmonton Oilers on Friday. Lyon was pulled after four goals on 12 shots in one period of a 4-2 loss against the Buffalo Sabres on Nov. 21, his only NHL appearance this season.
Vancouver is 3-0-1 in its past four games after going 1-10-2 in their previous 13.
