New Additions In

by Staff Writer / Vancouver Canucks

All the Canucks showed up for practice this morning at General Motors Place including the four newest members; Eric Weinrich, Sean Brown, Mika Noronen and Keith Carney who will all join the Canucks lineup tonight. They all looked as though they were getting a feel for the systems in practice, and Keith Carney told us that he is more excited than nervous about tonight's game vs. the Stars.

Eric Weinrich and Keith Carney will probably have the easiest time of all the guys adjusting to the team since they played together on the Chicago Blackhawk's for five years. Eric and Keith are familiar with each other styles which will definitely be a bonus working together on the blue line. Hear more in the audio clips below.

The Dallas Stars had a quick practice which was important for their newest addition, Willie Mitchell to get comfortable with the team. Richard Park came out on the bench to watch the Stars skate, and was spotted by a crew of hockey players from Dawson Creek who were eager to get their jerseys autographed.
