by Staff Writer / Vancouver Canucks

A great time was had by all at Canucks First Strides, presented by Chevrolet, where 80 lucky initiation and novice hockey players, aged 6 - 8, were selected for an on-ice skills development and team building seminar, led by qualified BC Hockey instructors. Canucks forwards Zack Kassian and Linden Vey, along with Fin, were on the ice helping the kids run their drills, while parents and coaches had the opportunity to learn about NHL math and science program, Future Goals.

December 12th marked the first of two Canucks First Strides sessions to be held this season. The next First Strides session will be held at Rogers January 29th.
