Canucks Select Morgan Clark in the Seventh Round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft

Vancouver, B.C. – Vancouver Canucks General Manager Mike Gillis announced today that the Canucks have selected goaltender Morgan Clark in the seventh round, 191st overall in the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.


Clark, 18, spent the 2007-08 season with the Red Deer Rebels where he posted one shutout, a record of 10-30-3 and a 3.70 GAA. In 38 games played, Clark had a save percentage of .884.

Clark was born on February 17, 1990 in Highland Village, Texas.
