By Derek Jory,

The Canucks face the San Jose Sharks in their second game of the Young Stars Tournament tonight, puck drop is 7:30 p.m. and the game can be seen live on

Coach Claude Noel has made a few line-up changes: Pierre-Olivier Morin slots into the top line alongside Bill Sweatt and Jordan Schroeder, Steven Anthony replaces Stefan Schneider at centre on the third line and the fourth line of James Henry, Schneider and Tayler Jordan will play together for the first time. The trio of Prab Rai, Alex Friesen and Matt Fraser will skate together for the second straight game.

On defence, Evan Oberg and David Fischer are replaced with Adam Polasek and Kris Fredheim and Taylor Ellington will be paired with Sawyer Hannay. The duo of Kevin Connauton and Chris Tanev remains intact.

Eddie Lack will start in goal once again and he’s scheduled to play the entire game.

Win, lose or draw, coach Noel is looking for an improvement from his players from Sunday’s 4-1 loss to the Oilers.

“I’d like to see us be better than we were yesterday, there are some areas and we know the areas,” said Noel. “Our D zone would be one area, support on the wall, better battles on the wall, defensemen not running pucks so much, plus some other things. We’ve got to be a little more creative offensively and we need better games from certain guys, but it’s early and that’s why we play these things.”
