Hunter Shinkaruk matched his career-high, in 40 less games, while Thatcher Demko picked up another shutout in the week that was for Canucks prospects.

After extending his point streak to 13 games with a pair of assists on Friday, Brock Boeser was held off the scoresheet on Saturday for the first time since November 7. He still leads all NCAA freshman with 15 goals

Thatcher Demko stopped all 20 shots he faced on Friday night to earn his seventh shutout of the season, in just his 21st game, moving him into a tie for first in the NCAA in that category. Demko followed that up with a 28-save performance in a 3-3 tie with Connecticut on Saturday.

Alex Friesen finished the week with one assist in two games. He registered eight of the Comets’ 33 shots on goal in Saturday’s loss, while adding another four shots on goal on Sunday.
