THE CAPTAIN'S 500TH GAME

Bo Horvat is set to play in his 500th NHL game tonight vs the Flames, becoming the 26th player in Canucks history to play at least 500 games with the team. He will also become the 21st player in franchise history to play each of his first 500 NHL games with Vancouver. The last Canuck to do so was current Flames defencemen Chris Tanev on Feb. 7/20 at Minnesota.

FRANTIC FINISH

Including their 4-1 win on May 15/21 at Edmonton, the Canucks will conclude their regular season with four games in five days for the first time in franchise history. Beginning tonight, it also marks the 11th time in club history that they'll play three games in four days to finish a season, and the first time that all three of their final games will be against the same opponent (Calgary).
