Canucks assign Zac Dalpe to Comets

Vancouver, B.C. – Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have assigned centre Zac Dalpe to the AHL Utica Comets on a conditioning assignment.

Dalpe, 23, has appeared in six games for the Canucks in 2013.14. Over the span of his NHL career, the Paris, Ontario native has collected 10 points (5-5-10) in 47 games.

The 6’1”, 195-pound centre was acquired, alongside Jeremy Welsh, by Vancouver on September 28, 2013 from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for Kellan Tochkin and the fourth round pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
