by Staff Writer / Montréal Canadiens
MONTREAL  – Here’s a numerical look at the preseason match-up between the Habs and Bruins at the Bell Centre this Monday night.

11 – Number of Bruins in the lineup on Monday night who were also in uniform for the Bruins’ Stanley Cup-clinching game in Vancouver on June 15, with Tim Thomas, Zdeno Chara and Patrice Bergeron all taking in the preseason tilt from the pressbox.

32:45 – Amount of time elapsed before the first penalty call of the game against the Canadiens, with Michael Cammalleri breaking the Habs' well-behaved streak mid-way through the second period.

48 – Number of seconds needed by Cammalleri to open the scoring after becoming a free man, giving the Habs a 1-0 lead immediately after leaving the box.

3 – Team-high number of goals scored by Cammalleri in as many preseason games so far in 2011-12.

2 – Number of shots fired by Brendan Gallagher on Monday night, bringing his preseason total to 13 – good enough for second in the league behind Max Pacioretty’s total of 15 shots in two games.

4 – Game-high number of hits thrown by Gabriel Dumont in the outing, bringing his preseason total to an impressive 16 hits in four games.

6 – Number of shots blocked by Josh Gorges in the outing, getting back to his old habits by leading the team in blocked shots in each of his three preseason games this year.
