TORONTO -- Here's a numerical look at the Habs-Leafs rivalry game at the Air Canada Centre on Saturday night.

12 – Number of points racked up by David Desharnais in 13 games since coming back from the Olympic break, chipping in with a helper on Max Pacioretty’s 31st goal of the season in the first period.

3 – Consecutive number of games in which Pacioretty has registered at least one point, accumulating one goal and three assists in that span.

24 – Number of goals scored by the Canadiens this year on which both Pacioretty and Desharnais have each picked up a point, making them the most dynamic duo of the season for the team after combining for another goal in the first period.

65 – Number of seconds needed by Rene Bourque to follow up Pacioretty’s marker with a nifty wrister of his own, giving the Habs a 2-0 lead less than seven minutes into the first period.

7 – Number of points Pacioretty has picked up in four games against the Leafs this season, leading all Habs in that category.

2 – Number of multi-point nights enjoyed by Bourque in 2013-14, contributing a goal and an assist in the first period against Toronto on Saturday night.

5 – Number of times Douglas Murray has blocked five or more shots in a game this season, sacrificing his body to the tune of five blocks on Saturday against the Buds.
