UNIONDALE – Here's a numerical look at the matchup between the Habs and Islanders at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Thursday night.

29 – Number of season that have elapsed since the last time the Islanders managed to sweep the Canadiens in a season series, with the Habs extending that streak by another year with a big win at the Nassau Coliseum on Thursday night during the teams’ third and final meeting of 2012-13.

1 – Number of times over the course of his young career in which Montreal native Kevin Poulin got the chance to go up against his hometown team, with the Islanders’ number 60 getting to face off against the Canadiens for his second start of the season.
