UNIONDALE - Here's a numerical look at Tuesday's game between the Canadiens and the Islanders in Uniondale.

800 – Number of games Andrei Markov has now played with the Habs following Tuesday’s tilt in Long Island. Having spent his entire NHL career in Montreal, Markov becomes the 18th player in Canadiens history to reach the prestigious milestone.
161 – Number of games P.-A. Parenteau played with the Islanders between 2010 and 2012, racking up 120 points over a two-year stint in Uniondale.
13:51 – Time, in minutes, which had elapsed in the first period before Tom Gilbert fired the Canadiens’ first shot on goal, testing Islanders netminder Chad Johnson with a wrister from the blue line.

3 – Number of consecutive 10-plus goal seasons for Brendan Gallagher since the 22-year-old Alberta native first made his NHL debut in 2012-13. Gallagher hit the plateau once again this season after beating Islanders netminder Chad Johnson with a rebound midway through the second.
