Snipes wired through traffic are an effective and essential way of generating offense. In this episode of Skills and Drills with Les Canadiennes presented by Ford, Karell Emard and Olympic gold medallist Hilary Knight demonstrate a drill to help players at all levels improve their ability to feed the puck through narrow gaps.

- In this drill, you have two nets set up in the high slot.

• You want to drag the puck along the blue line, keeping your head up, trying to focus on the goal and see through the nets that are set up in the high slot.

• You can also increase the difficulty by moving the nets a little bit closer.
