TORONTO - The Flyers edged the Habs 1-0 in Game 3 to take a 2-1 series lead.

The Canadiens and Flyers were back at it on Sunday evening for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference quarterfinals. The Habs were the "home" team for the first time in the current series.

Associate coach Kirk Muller went with the same lineup he iced in Game 2, which put together a convincing 5-0 win on Friday afternoon. Goals were a little harder to come by on Sunday, however, as Carter Hart earned a shutout - with a little help from his posts - as the Habs drew iron five times during the game.

The tightly-contested tilt saw both teams trade chances throughout the night, though Jakub Vorachek was the lone goal scorer in the game, beating birthday boy Carey Price with a deflection 5:21 into the opening frame.

That goal stood as the eventual game winner, as both Hart and Price were perfect the rest of the way, resulting in a 1-0 Flyers victory to take Game 3. Philly held a slight edge in faceoff wins, at 51%, while the Habs outshot the Flyers 23-20 in the contest. Neither power play was able to connect, with Montreal going 0-for-3 with the man advantage and Philadelphia going 0-for-6, including a two-man advantage in the second period.

Game 4 is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, with a 3:00 p.m. puck drop when the Habs look to even things up.
