MONTREAL - Geoff Molson, owner, president and CEO of Groupe CH Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Wilson as senior vice president, public affairs and communications. As such, he will oversee all aspects of public affairs and communications of the company and will report directly to the president and CEO.

"Groupe CH includes several corporate entities such as Club de hockey Canadien, evenko, Spectra, Rocket de Laval, Bell Centre, Place Bell as well as the Bell Sports Complex and is recognized as an economic force on the sports and entertainment stage in Quebec. The appointment of Paul Wilson follows on the heels of our desire to communicate more effectively with our stakeholders in each of our properties. With his broad experience in the field of communications acquired with private corporations and PR agencies over his career, Paul will play a key role within the organization with regards to the overall communications strategy," indicated Geoff Molson.
As a partner with NATIONAL Public Relations where he heads the Corporate Communications group, Paul Wilson works closely with a vast array of key clients that includes ArcelorMittal, Bombardier, Cogeco, Lowe's and Molson Coors. Before joining NATIONAL, Paul served as vice president communications and public affairs with a major Quebec brewery, and also worked at the Formula 1 Grand Prix of Canada. Following a transition period at NATIONAL, Paul will officially join Groupe CH on Monday, August 6, 2018.
