COLUMBUS - Here's a numerical look at the Habs-Blue Jackets game at the Nationwide Arena on Tuesday night.

10 – Number of years since the Columbus Blue Jackets first entered the NHL. In the decade they’ve been in the league, they’ve made only one playoff appearance in 2008-09 and were ousted by Detroit in the first round.

6 – Number of Canadiens still on the current roster since the last time Montreal payed a visit to the Blue Jackets on Nov.7, 2008.

43 – Number of regular-season games that Columbus goaltender Mathieu Garon played with the Canadiens between 2000 and 2004. He would eventually leave Montreal with a 16-20-3 record, passing through L.A., Edmonton and Pittsburgh before ending up in Columbus.

13 – Number of times over the course of his career that Jeff Halpern has gotten at least one assist in three consecutive games. 

1 – Number of games lost by the Canadiens in regulation against the Columbus Blue Jackets. They currently hold a record of 2-1-1 at Nationwide Arena.

3 – Number of Canadiens players who have gotten at least one shot on goal in every one of the Habs’ games this season. Andrei Kostitsyn, Brian Gionta and P.K. Subban combined for a total of 9 shots Tuesday night.

1 – Number of NHL teams who haven’t given up more than 3 goals in regulation this season. Despite falling to the Blue Jackets Tuesday night in Columbus, the Montreal Canadiens remain that team.
