Martinsen and Norway halted by Canada

Norway officially eliminated from Worlds

For the third time in the World Hockey Championship, Norway was unable to find the back of the net and lost to Canada by a score of 5-0.

Colton Parayko (two goals), Brayden Schenn, Mark Scheifele and Ryan O'Reilly beat goalie Norway Haukeland to give Canada the win.

Habs forward Andreas Martinsen registered a shot on net in 16:48 of game action.

As a result of the loss, Norway was officially eliminated from the medal round that begins on Thursday. They will play their final game of the tournament against Belarus on Tuesday.
