My Essentials: Patrice Brisebois

by Staff Writer / Montréal Canadiens
Some things in life, like water, air and hockey, are absolutely essential for everyone, but is there anything else we simply couldn’t live without?  In a quest to find an answer we caught up with the always chatty Patrice Brisebois and put him on the hot seat to get his take on life’s little necessities.  Here’s what the veteran defenseman recommends checking out to read, watch or listen to if you’ve got a few spare hours to kill.

Movie everyone has to see:

It’s got to be Braveheart. “I am William Wallace! They may take our lives, but they'll never take… OUR FREEDOM!

Album everyone should add to their collection:

Achtung Baby! by U2. I’m a big fan and that’s their best album in my opinion.

DVD box set everyone should own:

Without question the Rocky Collection. Those still get me fired up!

T.V. show everyone should check out:

I’m a huge Seinfeld fan, so this an easy choice for me. I’ve seen them all and even though it’s always on TV somewhere, I still can’t get enough of it.

A Web site
everyone should have in their bookmarks

I can’t get over everything you can find on YouTube. It’s a fun site that can get pretty addictive.

A place everyone needs to visit:

Rome, Italy. It’s just an incredible place and I really have to get back there some day.
