- Thanks to a strong performance over the weekened, Habs prospect Patrick Holland extended his WHL point streak to 17 consecutive games. In that span, Holland has logged 35 points to bring his overall total to 105, including 81 assists. Holland will look to keep his streak alive tomorrow as the Americans get set to take on the Prince George Cougars.

- All 13 forwards, eight defensemen and two goalies were on the ice for Monday’s morning skate, with Raphael Diaz and David Desharnais returning from lower-body injuries to join their teammates on the ice for practice.

- Randy Cunneyworth will decide which combination of forwards and defensemen they will dress for the game after the pre-game warmup.

- Cunneyworth also confirmed that Peter Budaj will get his 11th start of the season on Monday night against Buffalo, looking to build on his 3-1-0 career record against the Sabres.
