Over 18,000 people were on hand for the Canadiens METRO Fan Practice.

Lars Eller clocked in as the Canadiens fastest skater with a time of 13.19 seconds.

In the accuracy contest, Tomas Kaberle along with Mathieu Darche and Andrei Kostitsyn hit all four targets in six shots, but Kaberle did it the fastest in 13.8 seconds.

After logging the hardest shot at 147 km/h, Yannick Weber called out P.K. Subban to try and do better. Subban hopped over the bench and wired a 151 km/h to win the event.

As a preventative measure, Carey Price didn’t take part in the practice. Petteri Nokelainen was also out with an upper body injury, and Travis Moen took a therapy day.
