The second game between the Bulldogs and the Heat was a tightly contested battle that was sent into overtime and eventually a shootout after Hamilton evened the score in the third period. Abbotsford would ultimately walk away with the win.

The Bulldogs have assigned Ian Schultz to the ECHL’s Utah Grizzlies while additionally releasing forwards Riley Armstrong and defenseman Mark Isherwood from their tryout contracts.


Brendan Gallagher was selected to take part in the AHL’s 2013 All-Star Game. The event will take place on Jan. 27 and 28 in Providence Rhode Island.
