Canadiens reassign forward Cameron Hillis to Laval

Hillis made his NHL debut with the Habs on Jan. 1

BOSTON - The Canadiens announced on Wednesday that forward Cam Hillis has been reassigned to the Laval Rocket.

Hillis joined Montreal's taxi squad on Dec. 27 before making his NHL debut with the Habs on Jan. 1 in Florida. He registered two shots on goal over 10:15 of ice time against the Panthers.
The 21-year-old has played eight games with Laval this season, notching a pair of goals and two assists in the AHL.
