Just like the faulty resistance bands in question, Jacob de la Rosecouldn't resist sharing a recent training mishap from an on-ice session in his native Sweden.
In a video posted to the Canadiens forward's Instagram account, a fastened de la Rose can be seen performing skating drills before his resistance bands prove to be not-so-resistant after all. Luckily for Habs fans, not only is the 23-year-old okay, but countryman Filip Forsberg also happened to be on-hand to catch the entire incident on tape.
This isn't the first equipment malfunction to happen to a Hab at practice, of course. Last season, Jonathan Drouin forgot to remove his skate guards before hitting the ice in Brossard, to similar results .
