The Canadiens lit up their logo at the Tour des Canadiens on Thursday evening.
“While the Bell Centre is surrounded by incredible real estate and commercial projects in the downtown core, it was important for us to put our team’s logo atop the city of Montreal. The fact that we find our brand atop our residential project that has our name only adds to the importance of this occasion. The success of a project the size of the Tour des Canadiens required an incredible amount of support, determination and resilience from all parties involved. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank our partners, who transformed this ambitious project into a superb building where we’re all gathered tonight for this celebration,” said Geoff Molson, the president and CEO of the Canadiens, Bell Centre and evenko.
Members of Canderel and Cadillac Fairview attended the illumination ceremony, in addition to members of the Canadiens’ management group.
