MONTREAL -- Jordan Harris and prospect Sean Farrell will represent the United States at the upcoming IIHF World Championship in Finland.

Harris played 10 games with the Canadiens late in the season after completing a four-year stint at Northeastern University.
The 21-year-old defenseman, who scored his first NHL goal in the season finale against Florida, previously represented his country at the 2020 IIHF World Junior Championship.

Farrell, meanwhile, enjoyed a standout sophomore campaign at Harvard University with 28 points (10 goals, 18 assists) in 24 games.
The 20-year-old forward most recently sported Team USA's colors at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. He registered six points (3 goals, 3 assists) in four appearances.
This year's World Championship will be held from May 13 to 29 in Tampere and Helsinki.
