Game Day: Canadiens @ Kings

by Staff Writer / Montréal Canadiens

- The Canadiens didn’t skate on Thursday morning ahead of their second game in as many nights. After battling the Ducks on Wednesday night in Anaheim, they’ll square off with the Los Angeles Kings at Staples Center on Thursday night.

- Only a few players who weren’t going to dress hit the ice in Los Angeles on Thursday.

- Ben Scrivens will get the start in goal against the Kings. It will be his fifth career start versus Los Angeles. Scrivens was a member of the Kings during the 2013-14 campaign.

- Mike Brown will be back in the lineup on Thursday night. Sven Andrighetto, meanwhile, will be a healthy scratch. That will be the only lineup change Therrien will make up front.

- Puck drop is scheduled for 10:30 p.m. EST
