Canadiens recall Brett Lernout

The 22-year-old rearguard will meet the team in Tampa

SUNRISE - The Canadiens announced postgame on Thursday that they had recalled defenseman Brett Lernout from the AHL's Laval Rocket (emergency recall).

The 22-year-old rearguard played three games with the Habs this season in December.
With the Rocket, the Habs third-round pick (73rd overall) in 2014 has skated in 54 games this season, recording eight points, including a goal.
Lernout will meet the team in Tampa.
