Kale Clague

MONTREAL - The Canadiens announced on Saturday that they've claimed defenseman Kale Clague off waivers.

Clague, 23, has played parts of three seasons with the Los Angeles Kings. The 6-foot, 190-pound rearguard has five assists in 11 games this year.
The Regina native was the Kings' second-round pick (51st overall) in 2016.
The Club also announced that, as a result of the waiver claim as well as the return of Mike Hoffman, forward Laurent Dauphin and defenseman Corey Schueneman have been reassigned to the AHL's Laval Rocket.
