MONTREAL -- The Canadiens announced on Sunday the roster for the 2022 Rookie Camp, which opens on Wednesday, September 14 with medicals and physical testing at the Bell Sports Complex.

The roster features 28 players: 15 forwards, 10 defensemen and three goaltenders.
Eighteen players were drafted by the Canadiens, including six players selected in July at the Bell Centre. Four players were invited on a tryout basis.

On the first day of camp, the Canadiens will travel to Buffalo, NY for the 2022 Prospects Challenge from September 15-18 at LECOM Harborcenter.
The round-robin event also features prospects from five additional teams: the Bruins, Sabres, Devils, Senators and Penguins.
Laval Rocket head coach Jean-François Houle and his staff of Kelly Buchberger, Martin Laperrière and Marco Marciano will lead on-ice practices, games, and evaluations.
