MONTREAL -- Forward Adam Brooks was claimed off waivers by the Vegas Golden Knights on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old center appeared in four games this season with Montreal and collected one assist. The Winnipeg native was claimed off waivers by the Canadiens from the Maple Leafs on October 11.

Brooks has nine points (4 goals, 5 assists) in 22 career NHL games between Toronto and Montreal. He was a fourth-round pick of the Maple Leafs (92nd overall) in 2016.
