BOSTON BRUINS HOLIDAY TOY DELIVERY: On Tuesday, December 15 at 2:00 p.m., the entire 2015-2016 Bruins roster will continue the Bruins’ annual holiday tradition as they deliver toys to Boston area hospitals and visit with patients. The hospitals participating in this year’s delivery include the following: Boston Children’s Hospital, Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, Franciscan Hospital for Children, Mass General Hospital for Children, Shriners Hospital for Children and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. These toys will be given as gifts to over 600 children who are unable to celebrate the holidays at home. This year’s toy delivery is sponsored by the Boston Bruins Foundation and Gentle Giant. Bruins Hall of Famer Ray Bourque started the holiday toy shopping and delivery tradition when he was captain, and the event has continued through the years. This marks Patrice Bergeron’s sixth year spearheading the Toy Delivery on behalf of the team. This event is open to the media. MBTA ANNOUNCES TRAIN TO GILLETTE STADIUM FOR WINTER CLASSIC: On Friday, January 1, 2016 the MBTA in cooperation with Keolis Commuter Service and the Bruins will be offering special passenger service to Gillette Stadium for the 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic game between the Boston Bruins and the Montreal Canadiens. There will be two trains operating to the event, one originating from South Station in Boston (10:15 a.m.) and one originating from T.F. Green in Providence (10:00 a.m.). Trains will depart from Gillette Stadium thirty (30) minutes after the conclusion of the game. Tickets will be available at North Station, South Station and Back Bay Station. Tickets will also be available for purchase via M-Ticket. A limited number of tickets may be available on the day of the event, prior to departure. Fares will cost $15 per ticket. BEHIND THE B EPISODE SIX AIRS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 12: Episode six of Behind the B will air this Saturday, December 16 on NESN at 4:00 p.m., following the 1:00 p.m. game vs. the Florida Panthers. This episode includes Thanksgiving dinner with Jimmy Hayes and the Hayes family, David Krejci and the team grabbing dinner in Edmonton and Brad Marchand in the December 5 game at Vancouver. EPIX ROAD TO THE NHL WINTER CLASSIC PREMIERING DECEMBER 16: Follow the team and go behind the scenes as they prepare to take on the Montreal Canadiens in an epic NHL Winter Classic battle on New Year’s Day, 2016. The weekly series will consist of four one-hour episodes. The first episode of EPIX Road to the NHL Winter Classic will premiere Wednesday, December 16 at 10:00 p.m. on EPIX. U.S. fans will also be able to tune in on EPIX.com, NHL.com and BostonBruins.com.

BOSTON BRUINS BENEFIT SHOW: Join the Boston Bruins Foundation and the very talented Jenna Lotti, for a fun filled night of music and hockey, while raising funds for Toys for Tots on Saturday, December 12. After the Bruins faceoff against the Florida Panthers at 1 p.m., come out to West End Johnnie's from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to kick off the holiday season and listen to live music. Attendees will have the opportunity to mix and mingle with Boston Bruins Alumni and participate in a raffle full of great prizes. The Marines will be on hand to collect toys to support the cause as well. Net proceeds from this event will benefit the Boston Bruins Foundation and Toys for Tots. POWER PLAY POWERS ON: The Bruins power play continues to lead the NHL. The team is 23 for 77 (29.9%), with the next highest percentage being 25.6% (DAL).

BERGERON ON A ROLL: Patrice Bergeron’s goal against Montreal on December 9 was his 576th career point, moving him past Milt Schmidt for 11th place on the team’s all-time scoring list.

2015 U.S. HOCKEY HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CELEBRATION CREDENTIAL APPLICATIONS: The media credential request application is now available for the 2015 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Induction Celebration. The four-member Class of 2015 includes Ron DeGregorio, Chris Drury, Angela Ruggiero and Mathieu Schneider. In addition to the enshrinement of the Class of 2015, Jeremy Jacobs and Bob Crocker will receive the Lester Patrick Trophy and Emile Francis will be honored as the recipient of the Wayne Gretzky International Award. TOYS FOR TOTS COLLECTION DRIVE: The Boston Bruins will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for the US Marine Corps “Toys for Tots” program during Bruins home games leading up to Christmas from December 7 to December 22. Each of the collections will be held at TD Garden entrance turnstiles and at Community Corner located in Loge 4. For every $10 donation or toy donation, fans will receive a raffle ticket to be entered into a drawing for Bruins autographed memorabilia including a team-autographed stick, player-autographed photo, and player-autographed puck. BOSTON BRUINS 8TH ANNUAL HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT PRESENTED BY AT&T: The Boston Bruins will host their 8th annual Holiday Tournament presented by AT&T from December 27-30 at the Haverhill Valley Forum in Haverhill, MA. The round robin format tournament will feature six divisions with a maximum of six teams per division. Each team will participate in a minimum of three games over a four day period. New this year, AT&T and the Boston Bruins will be awarding all division finalists with a Boston Bruins prize pack which will include complimentary tickets to the 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic® and more. All participants will receive a Boston Bruins gift bag and tournament t-shirt. Special guest appearances will be made during the tournament including Bruins Mascot Blades and Bruins alumni. BOSTON BRUINS & TD BANK SNOW GLOBE GIVEAWAY: The first 5,000 fans in attendance on Monday, December 14 at the Bruins/Oilers game will receive a voucher for a Rene & the Bear Snow Globe, which will be available for pickup at East and West turnstiles after play concludes at TD Garden.

WINTER CLASSIC RAFFLE: The Boston Bruins Foundation has launched the ultimate Boston Bruins Winter Classic Raffle for your chance to see The Boston Bruins head back outdoors for the 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic at Gillette Stadium. BRUINS ON THE AIRWAVES: Bruins defenseman Torey Krug has been confirmed as a weekly call-in guest with 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Scott Zolak and Marc Bertrand (Zo and Bertrand), which airs weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Adam McQuaid will be a regular guest on 100.7 WZLX with Kevin Karlson and Pete McKenzie (Karlson & McKenzie), which airs weekdays from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Call-in days and times are dependent upon the B’s schedule. Kevan Miller will be calling in to 98.5 The Sports Hub with Fred Toucher and Rich Shertenlieb (Toucher and Rich). The show airs weekdays 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

UPCOMING GAMES BROADCAST SCHEDULE: NESN reporters Jack Edwards, Andy Brickley and Sarah Davis will be covering the Bruins upcoming matchups against the Florida Panthers on December 12, the Edmonton Oilers on December 14 and the Pittsburgh Penguins on December 18. Both the Edmonton Oilers game on December 14 and the Pittsburgh Penguins game on December 18 will be broadcasted on TVAS as well as NESN.
