Tonight’s Game
The Bruins host the Flyers tonight in the first of four games between these teams and the first of two games of this season's series in Boston. The Bruins are 6-3-0 and are 3-0-0 on home ice. The Flyers are 6-3-0 overall with a 2-3-0 record on the road. The Bruins are 1-0-0   vs. Atlantic Division teams and they are 2-1-0 overall vs. Eastern Conference foes. The Flyers are playing their first game of the season tonight vs. a Northeast Division opponent and they are 4-2-0 overall vs. Eastern Conference teams.

All-time Series
The Bruins are 80-53-21-3 all-time vs. Philadelphia with a 519-478 scoring advantage in those 157 games. The Bruins are 47-20-11-2 all-time vs. the Flyers on home ice with a 293-224 scoring edge in those 80 contests. The Bruins are winless in their last two games vs. Philadelphia at 0-1-0-1 with their last win over the Flyers a 6-3 victory in Philadelphia on Feb. 19, 2007. Recent Bruins Games
The Bruins have won five of their last six games, having their four-game win streak snapped with a 6-1 loss in Montreal on Oct. 22 but rebounding with a 3-1 victory over Chicago on Oct. 25. The loss to Montreal followed an 8-6 win in Los Angeles on Oct. 12, a 2-1 victory in San Jose on Oct. 13, a 4-1 win over Tampa Bay on Oct. 18 and a 1-0 shootout victory over the NY Rangers on Oct. 20. They have won their first three home games of the season.

Recent Flyers Games
The Flyers have lost their last two games with a 4-3 loss in Florida on Oct. 24 and a 5-2 loss in Tampa Bay on Oct. 25. That followed a five-game win streak with victories over Vancouver, NY Islanders, Atlanta, New Jersey and Carolina (OT).

Upcoming Bruins Games
The Bruins will conclude their current three-game home stand hosting the Buffalo Sabres on Nov. 1 (7:00 p.m.; NESN and WBZ Radio). They will then face a home-and-home series with the Ottawa Senators, playing in Ottawa on Nov. 3 (7:00 p.m.; NESN and WBZ Radio) and hosting the Senators on Nov. 4 (7:00 p.m.; NESN and WBZ Radio).
 
Upcoming Flyers Games
The Flyers are playing game three tonight of their current eight-game road trip. They will continue the trip in Montreal (Nov. 1), Washington (Nov. 2), NY Rangers (Nov. 5), Pittsburgh (Nov. 7) and New Jersey (Nov. 8) before returning home to host Pittsburgh on Nov. 10.
