BOSTON - The National Hockey League announced today, December 21, that Boston Bruins forward David Pastrnak has been named the Atlantic Division captain for the 2020 NHL All-Star Game.
Pastrnak, 23, leads the NHL in goals (28) and power play goals (13) this season. The 6-foot, 194-pound right wing has also added 22 assists for 50 points (6th, NHL) with a plus-11 rating in 36 games. He ranks among the league's leaders in several offensive categories, producing six game-winning goals (T-1st, NHL), 20 power play points (3rd, NHL), 140 shots (4th, NHL) and averaging 1.39 points per game (6th, NHL). Over his six-year NHL career, Pastrnak has totaled 160 goals and 174 assists for 334 points in 356 games.
