Personalized boxes containing the Championship rings will arrive at the Boston Harbor Hotel via armored car at 4:00 p.m. The ring arrival is open to the media and we encourage members of the press who wish to photograph/televise this portion of the festivities to be at the Hotel by 3:45 p.m.
The Bruins players, coaching staff and management will arrive to the hotel at approximately 5:30 p.m. and walk the red carpet from the Boston Harbor Hotel archway into the function hall. Members of the media will be able to speak to the players/coaches/management at designated locations on the red carpet.
After the event at approximately 8:00 p.m. media will be able to see and photograph the rings and interview the players and management when they exit the function room.
Media wishing to attend the evening’s festivities should RSVP to Kelly Mohr (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Tuesday, October 4 at 12 noon.
The day after the players receive their championship rings, Bruins season ticket holders and fans will have the opportunity to purchase pieces from the Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Championship Season Ticket Holder and Fan Collections. The 25-piece collections, which include watches, pendants, cufflinks and rings, will go on-sale on Wednesday, October 5. Season ticket holders will view a select number of items from the Season Ticket Holder Collection during a private photo event with the Stanley Cup prior to the collection’s official release. The Season Ticket Holder and Fan collections were also created by Jostens.
In addition, the Boston Bruins Foundation will host a raffle where a lucky Bruins fan will win his or her own official Boston Bruins Stanley Cup Championship ring. The winner will also have the opportunity to have the ring personalized with his or her name. Raffle tickets will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5.
Tickets for the raffle can be purchased online at www.bruinsraffles.org for $5.00 per ticket, with the net proceeds benefiting the Boston Bruins Foundation.About the Boston Bruins FoundationThe Boston Bruins Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation whose mission is to assist charitable organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for children throughout New England.
