by Staff Writer / Boston Bruins

BOSTON, MA – For the fifth consecutive year, members of the Boston Bruins organization will continue the tradition of making Thanksgiving deliveries to homeless shelters, hospitals and community centers throughout Boston. Today, Wednesday, November 21, and on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22, members of the Bruins front office and hockey operations staff, along with TD Garden President Amy Latimer, will deliver 400 pies and 400 boxes of cookies to 15 locations. The Boston Bruins Foundation and Garden Neighborhood Charities funded the purchase of the pies from Mike’s Pastry in Boston’s North End and Entenmann’s donated the boxes of cookies.
