BOSTON, MA - On Saturday, October 23, the Boston Bruins will hold their first "Bru Fest" of the 2010-11 season presented by Boston's own Samuel Adams brewery in the East Lot of the TD Garden (100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114). The October 23 event will be the first of four Samuel Adams "Bru Fest" events taking place throughout the season. The other dates include November 11, 2010, March 31, 2011 and April 6, 2011.
The outdoor festivities run from 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. with the last call at 6:15 p.m. The event is free and open to Bruins fans ages 21 and over with a ticket to the Bruins/Rangers game. Samuel Adams will be featuring a selection of their most popular products including Samuel Adams Seasonal and Boston Lager. Space for the event will be limited and fans are encouraged to arrive early.
In addition, Bruins fans will enjoy interactive games, giveaways and a live performance from Boston band Hypercane. Throughout the evening, the Boston Bruins Ice Girls the Boston Bruins mascot, Blades, will be mingling and taking photographs with fans.
The TD Garden's alcohol policy is in place for the event. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver's license, MA liquor ID, passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be a least 21 years of age (MA ID cards, duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and driver's licenses, which do not have photos, will not be accepted). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age and another form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age.
