Any fan that donates will receive a raffle ticket to win autographed Bruins memorabilia. In addition, fans will have the opportunity purchase raffle tickets for an authentic fire boot autographed by the 2008-09 Boston Bruins at the Boston Bruins Foundation table located on Level 4, Loge Section 4 of the TD Banknorth Garden.

Earlier this season, Boston Bruins Mark Stuart and Shawn Thornton participated in the MDA's 2009 Muscle Team dinner, where professional athletes put their muscle behind the search to find treatments for neuromuscular disease. While at the dinner, Stuart and Thornton were each paired up with an MDA buddy. Their buddies, as well as six others, will be watching the Bruins/Kings contest. They will take part in a variety of in-game player experiences including bench assistants, high five and a meet and greet with Stuart and Thornton after the game.
The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) adopted the MDA as its charity of choice in 1954, at the urging the Boston Fire Department, who began the Fill the Boot program in 1952. By partnering with the IAFF, the Boston Bruins hope to raise awareness about muscular dystrophy and elevate the cause by encouraging Bruins fans to  "Fill the Skate" with donations.

The Eastern Conference leading Bruins host the Los Angeles Kings Thursday, March 19 at 7:00 p.m. ET.
