QUOTE OF THE WEEK: "Woven into the fabric here is the big, bad Bruins. You always knew there was a price to pay when you played in Boston, so to join this group is really exciting." - John Moore on donning the Spoked-B for the first time

TWEET OF THE WEEK (WEEK 1): @HackswithHaggs (Joe Haggerty, NBC Sports Boston): "Brandon Carlo today when asked if he'd ever attempt some of the intense workouts that Zdeno Chara routinely posts on Instagram: "There would probably be injuries.""

HONORABLE MENTION: @MLoftus_Ledger (Mike Loftus, The Patriot Ledger): Might have been in error about #NHLBruins' Ryan Donato being at captains practice. Not sure I'll count it as first official error of '18-19, as this is "informal."
