60 AND COUNTING… After Tuesday’s capacity crowd at the Garden, the Bruins have now sold out 60 straight games (regular season and postseason, does not include Winter Classic at Fenway or 2010 Premiere Game in Prague). The Bruins sold out every regular and postseason game during the 2010 calendar year, the first time the organization has done so since the 1972 calendar year.

DARTH QUAIDER: Defenseman Adam McQuaid (nicknamed “Darth Quaider” by fellow blueliner Andrew Ference) is second among all NHL rookies in fighting majors with 11, trailing only Kyle Clifford of the Los Angeles Kings (14). Nine of his fights have come in the first period, and the B’s are 7-2-2 when he drops the gloves. McQuaid has also fought Islanders enforcer Zenon Konopka, who is second in the NHL with 19 fights, twice this season. Winger Milan Lucic has seven total fights in the past two seasons, after having 23 total in his first two NHL seasons. Earlier this season, Lucic went 41 games between fights (October 23 against the Rangers’ Brandon Prust and February 1 against the Hurricanes’ Jay Harrison), which is the longest fighting drought of his four-year career. On Tuesday night, the Bruins face the Senators for the fifth time this season. There have already been six fights between the teams. Dennis Seidenberg, Zdeno Chara, Mark Recchi, Nathan Horton, Shawn Thornton and Daniel Paille have all fought against Ottawa this season.
