NBC Sports’ “NHL Game of the Week” on Feb. 13 will be the return match of a rare home-and-home series between these inter-conference foes; they meet for the first time this season on Feb. 11 in Boston. The two clubs have met 576 times over 85 NHL seasons.

ALL-STARS TAKE OVER RALEIGH: Bruins Zdeno Chara, Tim Thomas and Tyler Seguin are currently in Raleigh for the 2011 NHL All-Star festivities. Check out the full schedule and rundown of what is going on this weekend in Carolina below. B’s fans can follow all of the action and get special behind the scenes coverage on bostonbruins.com and bostonbruinsTV.

B’S RESUME GAME ACTION ON TUESDAY: The rest of the Bruins will be off until their Monday afternoon practice at Ristuccia Arena (2:00 p.m. ET) and will head to Raleigh to face the Hurricanes on Tuesday night. MIGHTY MARCH: After his tally against the Panthers on Wednesday, rookie forward Brad Marchand now has 13 goals and 12 assists on the year and owns a +21 rating, which is tied for the best rating among all NHL forwards. He leads the NHL in shorthanded goals (4) and is eighth overall in rookie scoring with 24 points. In his last 11 games, Marchand has 7-4=11 totals.

DONATE BLOOD, GET A TOUR OF THE B’S/C’S LOCKER ROOMS: The Bruins have teamed up with the Boston Celtics and Bob’s Discount Furniture to sponsor a special American Red Cross super blood drive and free family event at TD Garden on Saturday, January 29 from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Presenting donors will have the opportunity to tour the Boston Bruins and Boston Celtics locker rooms and win great raffle prizes including autographed memorabilia from both the Bruins and Celtics, as well as furniture from Bob’s. The Bruins sold out every regular and postseason game during the 2010 calendar year, the first time the organization has done so since the 1972 calendar year.

2ND NEELY SK8 ANNOUNCED: Beginning the weekend of February 4 and continuing throughout the month, the Boston Bruins Foundation and The Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care are hosting the second annual "Neely SK8 Challenge" skate-a-thon presented by Liberty Mutual Insurance. Last year, skaters raised more than $130,000.

THEY SAID IT… Milan Lucic after scoring his career high 20th goal of the season on Wednesday:
“That was a big question coming in from myself and a lot of people if I was able to get to that mark, and it came a lot quicker than I thought but most importantly it was a big goal to help the team win here. And it’s great that we’re first in the division heading into the All-Star Break.
